The more you know!

If you don’t find your answer here, please contact us!

1. What do I get for my ticket price? What does it cost to go?

Registration includes access to our virtual community space, workshops, virtual dungeon, leather story tellers and more! This is all for the low price of only $25!

2. Can I just get a day pass?

No, this year we are only offering full packages. Please contact us if the price is cost-prohibitive.

3. So where is this thing happening? How do I get there?

Wherever you have a computer and an internet connection! This year we’re hosting you in the comfort of your own space. The exact location will be shared via email to registered attendees Thursday September 23, 2021.

4. When does this party start?

The weekend kicks off Friday September 16, 2022. We hope you will join us for our Welcome and getting-to-know you circle Friday evening!

5. I’m interested in presenting. Can I teach?

Kinky Queer Weekend is excited to welcome new and experienced educators. Please use the application linked below to let us know about you and your favorite classes. We’re looking for informative sessions for all levels of community, but we prefer to offer classes that are new and different. Remember we’re going to be digital this year!

Kinky Queer Weekend is proud to center voices which are often found on the edges of community, particularly BIPOC, Trans, Deaf, Disabled, and Fat-positive educators.

Applications will be accepted through May 1, 2022. All applicants will be notified by June 1, 2022. Thank you for your interest!

6. What do I need to know about Internet Safety?

  • The event link will only be shared to registered guests and meeting spaces will be password protected.

  • Kinky Queer Weekend requests that no one record the event in any way shape or form, including video, audio or screenshots. Violating this will result in immediate removal from the event and a ban on attending all future KQW events.

  • Our safety is contingent on an honor policy. KQW cannot guarantee that your safety will not be violated. If you think someone has violated the policy please contact the organizers immediately.

  • We encourage you to participate at your own level of comfort.

  • Masks and hoods are welcome to protect your digital privacy! (not required)

7. What else can I do to support this event?

Buy an ad in our program, or become a sponsor (link here). Buy a “reach around pass” and cover the cost of admission for a scholarship recipient! Share it with your friends, lovers, crushes, Facebook groups and Fetlife buddies!

I hope this answers your questions. Please don't hesitate to ask anything else that may come to mind or if I missed anything.

See ya on the interwebs!
